Shaheen meets his partner Farouk to take over the taxi for the evening. Shaheen started driving a taxi in 1990. He likes the job because he gets to be his own boss. However, he rides the subway into work everyday standing up, because he has circulation and back problems from spending so much time sitting in the taxi.
